Joining A Gym ~ Fitness Series Weekly Update 2 of 7 with Dana Aughney!

This is part 2 of a 7 part series that stems off of Coach Eli’s recently created fitness series! The coach is inspired to continue helping the world get healthy and fit! For 60 days, he will be going on a journey with his girlfriend Dana Aughney! The couple vows to get in the best shape possible during these 60 days, and they are bringing the camera along with them to show everyone their excursions and progress!

In this video, Coach Eli goes on location in Novato, CA (20 Minutes North of San Francisco) to workout at a FANTASTIC local hometown gym! “Five Points Fitness!” The coach and Dana share their experience with on location video! This includes Coach Eli on the treadmill and Dana lifting weights! This week, the team wanted to share the value of purchasing a gym membership! One of the main benefits includes being able to workout indoors when the weather doesn’t allow otherwise!
